Preparing for Friday's presentation

Will be all day tomorrow...
Will be all day the day after tomorrow...

Q:Why does it take so many times?
A: There always are all kinds of presentations/memos I should prepare for; to avoid wasting time, I intend to slow down, thinking, summarizing, improving my understanding.
