examination day?

I saw so many college students this morning on my way to eki(japanese word for train station). en...guess they are college students.
I promise it's the first time of seeing so many people around 8:00am. believe me! The only reason I can think of is the final exam of this semester.
I even saw some guy reading a book while going to the class. interesting! remind me years ago I just did the same thing!

p.s. If it's not because of the exam... then i must get too exiting to the real people after kept staying in my room for more than 36hours
